My recent stay at Tathan Herd Bed & Breakfast was quite relaxing, serving as a perfect escape from the hustle of Toronto life. Located just down the road from a wedding we attended, it made traveling easy, although having a car is essential as taxis aren't very budget-friendly. Sharon was an accommodating host who truly went the extra mile. Our room was comfortable and elegantly presented, and I particularly appreciated the access to the hot tub, where I enjoyed some quiet moments under the stars. While the continental breakfast was only available on Saturday, we found everything we needed in the cozy communal kitchen, including fresh milk and a selection of teas. The tranquil gardens provided a beautiful space to unwind, and there's a lovely pool area ideal for a sunny retreat. I noticed some mixed reviews, but honestly, our experience was everything as advertised. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with all the essentials and some personal touches, Tathan Herd might just be the tranquil escape you need.
